CAL and Volume Licensing questions


hello all

i've purchased:
  • windows server 2008 enterprise edition w/ hyper-v
  • 8 device cal's
  • 2 volume licenses vista/xp pro
  • 3 volume licenses office 2007 pro
i've created our network pertaining of:
  • one physical server w/ 2008 enteprise (core) host os; and 3 (2) 2008 enteprise virtual (guest) machines.
  • active directory running
  • three desktops running xp pro.  1 of these should using purchased xp license.  others purchased.
  • two laptops running xp pro.  purchased.
  • one laptop running vista business.  previoucsly purchased.
  • possibly 2 remote machines running xp pro.
question how licensing:

1. how activate server license have?  understanding because i'm running 3 machines virtually, same license can used all.
2. how activate cal's?  how tell windows machines should using device cal's?  i've not been able find info on this.
3. how activate volume license (assume mks way go, given size of our network) server 2008 machine xp pro machine?  can find info on volume activation 2.0 deals 2008 server , vista (not xp).
4. when there, how deploy volume licenses office 2007?
